Data deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal data Neosocios (JEP GLOBAL LLC) has about you at any time. This includes the data we receive from Facebook and Instagram. There are three ways, depending on what you want: disconnect in the Platform (deletes the connection), remove us from Facebook (cuts our access, but deletes nothing) or write to us so we delete everything.
1. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram in the Platform
If you administer an organization in the Neosocios Platform:
- Sign in at app.neosocios.com.
- In the menu, open Steal Like an Artist and then the Integrations tab.
- Click Disconnect.
This immediately deletes the access token and the connected account details: your Facebook name and ID, the Page, and the Instagram account’s username, name, picture and follower count. The Platform can no longer read anything from your accounts.
The content research your team saved (public profiles and Reels of other professional accounts) stays in your workspace. You can delete it yourself by removing each reference, or ask us to delete it all with option 3.
2. Remove Neosocios from your Facebook settings
You can cut our access from Facebook, even without signing in to the Platform:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations.
- Select Neosocios and click Remove.
If your business shared an ad account with Neosocios, you can also remove our access from Meta’s Business Manager: in the settings of that ad account, under partners, remove Neosocios.
Removing the app stops our access immediately, but it does not delete the data we already received. To delete it, also send us the request in option 3.
3. Ask us to delete your data
Write to info@neosocios.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include:
- the email you use with Neosocios, or your name and company if you only talked to us;
- if it is about Facebook or Instagram, the username of the Instagram account or the name of the Facebook Page;
- whether you want to delete everything or only a part, for example only the Instagram data.
We may ask you to confirm who you are. That way only the owner of the data or an administrator of the organization can ask us to delete it.
What we delete
- your Platform account and your membership in organizations;
- the Facebook and Instagram connection and its access token;
- the content research, advertising data and workspace content of your organization, if an administrator asks for it;
- your contact details, call transcripts and the information about you in our sales records.
When
We confirm we received your request and complete it within 15 business days. We let you know by email when it is done.
What we may keep
- data the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, for the time it requires;
- records of administrative actions, with your identity removed.
Deleted data also disappears from our backups when they rotate.
For more details on how we use data, read our Privacy Policy.
